Attorney Mike Nobis


Mike Nobis was born in St. George, Utah and raised in Santa Clara, Utah. He graduated from Dixie High School and later from Dixie State University.

During High School, Mike started his “first career” in the title insurance industry, which he enjoyed for 23 years. While in the title insurance industry, Mike was the Vice President of a local title company where he was involved in numerous real estate closings, helping Realtors, builders, developers, lenders, and other real estate professionals. Additionally, Mike served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of St. George, UT for many years. This is where Mike gained a passion for real estate and business.

After 23 years in the title industry, Mike’s goal was to receive a law degree and start a “second career.” In 2014, Mike received his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and he was a 5-time Deans list recipient. While in law school Mike received the Certificate of Merits in Business Planning and Estate Planning. Importantly, Mike further developed his knowledge and love of real estate law. Mike served as President of 10-Core, a real estate Organization in Ann Arbor, Michigan; served as the US Southwest Area Representative for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society; and served on the Student Advisory Board.

Now, Mike is a licensed Attorney in North Dakota and Montana. Additionally, Mike has maintained his Title Insurance Licenses in Utah and Michigan, and he is a licensed Utah Real Estate Sales Agent (“Realtor”).

Mike’s areas of emphasis are real estate, estate planning, and business law and planning where he works with local, national, and international clients.

Also, Mike is active in the St. George community serving on the Arovana Wildlife Park Board of Directors, the Development Advisory Committee for The Dove Center, and various other committees and organizations.
